A marketing and project manager by profession, Seda Atik Demir has built up a second mainstay with &miastories and fulfilled a dream. “My roots are in Turkey and the love of handicrafts and working with natural materials such as organic cotton, muslin, linen and wood are very important to us. On the west coast in particular, I discovered many small workshops and family businesses that lovingly design, knit, do carpentry and sew by hand - and were able to produce exactly the accessories for my daughter that I couldn't find on the market,” she explains. The range includes cushions, mobiles, hair clips, muslin dresses, barefoot shoes up to size 25 and brand new hand-knitted hats and matching slippers made from 100% organic cotton. A lovingly incorporated bow gives the set a charming look. The new items are available in three sizes between zero and nine months and in the colors blackberry, pastel pink and pastel green.
