The new date means the show will be held before other European trade shows, allowing buyers from Spain and Portugal to get a first look at the exhibiting brands’ new lines before their launch elsewhere. As in 2017, Puericultura Madrid 2018 will put the spotlight on safety, with Friday September 7 as a special safety day featuring safety-related round tables, discussions and demonstrations of products.

Working group to identify trade needs

For the upcoming show, relationships have been strengthened with central purchasers Dulce Bebé and Maxibebé, who are organizing activities for their partners and defining relevant actions, through the new "Baby Care Trade Committee". This working group will focus on identifying what the trade needs and what the trade fair can do for it.

Blog contest and presentation of new brands

Puericultura Madrid 2018 will again become a meeting point for the most important baby care product influencers in Spain and Portugal. Their dedicated session will be on Thursday September 6. There will also be a new I Love Your Blog contest, which will reward the best story on the array of brands on show at the trade show.

Alongside all this, Puericultura Madrid will bring together a choice selection of flagship products from participating brands in the "Star Products Gallery", as well as welcoming innovative and interesting items from new brands in the category "Starters".
