Thanks to the new “Secure Connect System”, the baby monitor provides an especially stable, multi-encrypted connection between the baby unit and parent unit (range 400 metres) or optionally to the Baby Monitor+ app (unlimited range). The baby unit can also be connected to the smartphones of grandparents and friends who are babysitting. The baby unit uses a full HD camera with night-vision mode and digital zoom to send clear images, whatever the time of day. In addition, it has a built-in room thermometer with high and low temperature alarms to help find the ideal bedtime temperature. Other features include an ambient nightlight, 15 different melodies and songs, and an integral talk function.
