Acquisition of Wobabies
Axkid has announced the acquisition of its long-standing distribution partner in Spain, Portugal and Andorra, Wobabies, marking a milestone in the company's international growth strategy.

The current management team will remain in place. However, founder and owner Cristina Barroso has decided to step down. A newly established local company called Artic Safe will now act as Axkid's official representative in the Spanish, Portuguese and Andorran markets. It will offer not only Axkid's entire product portfolio, but also the brands from the Wobabies catalogue: Klippan and Kneeguard.
