Green-white Koelnmesse road signs guide you from the city limits of Cologne to the 15,000 parking spaces at the exhibition centre. Frequent shuttle buses bring you to the exhibition halls. Cologne’s inner city counts as a low-emissions environment zone. As a result, vehicles in emissions groups 2 to 4 may only enter the inner city with a corresponding disc.

To get to Koelnmesse, take tram no. 3 or 4 to the Koelnmesse Osthallen tram stop, or the no. 1 or 9 to the Bahnhof Deutz/Lanxess Arena stop.

You can reach Koelnmesse quickly and easily by air from all major European cities. The journey to the exhibition centre from Cologne-Bonn Airport takes just 15 minutes using the S-Bahn. The stretch from Düsseldorf Airport to the exhibition centre is also very straightforward. The trains stop at Köln Messe/Deutz station. You will be able to reach the central railway station in Cologne (Köln Hauptbahnhof) by ICE (Intercity Express) high-speed shuttle train directly from the long-distance railway station at Frankfurt Airport in about an hour and you can continue your journey from there.
