FIT 0/16 is the most important trade show in Latin America for the children's fashion industry. Pueri Expo is the only fair focused exclusively on the care of children in Brazil. Its focus was on products for the well-being, health and safety of babies. A total of 250 exhibitors from 24 countries were on site, exchanging ideas among themselves and with the 9680 visitors on the topics of children's clothing and care. Under the motto "FIT Fashion Collection", 13 brands presented their spring/summer collections and trends for 2024 on a children's catwalk. There were also business roundtables that facilitated meetings between manufacturers and retailers. As an incentive for innovation and product development, the winners of the "Pueri Trends Award" were also announced. In this event, a jury, composed of professionals from leading brands in the sector, awarded the seven most innovative product launches in the childcare sector.

 To promote sustainable fashion, the events were also supported by the Brazilian Textile Retailers Association. The latter is committed to educating consumers about the clothing manufacturing process and demands transparency from brands as well as responsible sourcing of products.

 The success of this year's fairs is confirmed by exhibitors who have already signed contracts to participate next year. In addition to the trade fairs in Brazil, Koelnmesse also organized Kind+Jugend ASEAN in Bangkok, Thailand, in April. Kind+Jugend will take place from September 7th to 9th 2023 in Cologne, Germany.
